Apologies that I did not see this message earlier. Are you still having trouble accessing the Launchpad? The best course is to go through the Support Portal (support.sap.com), where you can install a browser passport (if you haven't already), which will eliminate the need to log in repeatedly over time. Even so, if you access the Launchpad directly (launchpad.support.sap.com), you should still be prompted with a login window if you do not have the browser passport. If you are continuing to have difficulty logging, please contact the SAP Support Hotline for further assistance.
